Uploading video material on server

In order to see any initial video material in the BANK section you need to upload it on our server. There is two ways to make it: directly on our service using a special form (is accessible for registered users); or by means of the file sharing systems. For your data security we recommend to use the direct uploading on MIRIADNA.COM. Through very big size of video files and to avoid an interrupting the uploading we recommend to divide files archives in several parts and to upload them separately. There is a minimal limit to upload files.

Placement video materials

No one video material that you have uploaded on our service keeps openly. After successful uploading and getting data in UPLOAD section from the form we withdraw all files from the server. After this they stand inaccessible from the World Wide Web. In the first place this is for your files safety. Besides, our service has to test every video material for uniqueness (as far as it is possible) and for correspondence our requirements for a footage quality. You can look through a full list of our requirements for a video production on our UPLOAD section.

Additionally, every video material which is approved for a placement on our site and further sale is laying out as a short promo in .FLV format with duration no more than one minute. The administration of the site reserves a right for itself to arrange and cut video materials for presentations in BANK section. In addition, we place 6 best screenshots from one theme video material in our special SCREENSHOTS section. It is created as a gallery and contains files from the present and already sold video files. If you don’t want your material to display in SCREENSHOTS page we ask you to inform us in advance.

On every page of the MIRIADNA.COM service in the right column it displays 7 best video works which is filtering in accord their cost. So, as qualitative video material as higher their price and rating. The preview page of each video files block contains a short description and most needed settings of a video stream. Our service doesn’t demand to mail any additional technical settings. We get ourselves all necessary technical documentation and display it on our service.

• The both sums (mentioned by author and principal value after test) add on to other and divide by two (arithmetic mean).

The final sum is a price of the video material. In case of absence of the demand the cost of the video files may be reduced after no less than one month after publication by wish of.

Order and rules of payment

When purchasing it acts a standard scheme of payments: a customer selects a manner of payment, transfers an appointed sum on MIRIADNA.COM, after confirmation of the payment he gets an email with a link which allows downloading video files. The link is unique and valid only for one user. In order to open downloaded video files the customer gets a password by email. After payment a video material the seller gets a notification that his works is been sold as well as all needed pay details.

Discounts and the system of point’s accrual

Our service gives a possibility to get discounts and bonuses after each successful purchase or sale. On the BANK page is displayed a status of the video material by special symbols. There are three alternatives to place author’s works on our service. 1) Only exclusive work. 2) Multiply sold production (none-exclusive). 3) Simultaneously exclusive and none-exclusive production. Initially, the users select itself his material’s status chosen one of three alternatives. If the seller refuses to set status of the video material, his work gets third alternative automatically. The present status has a number of features. When new video comes in the shop window it gets double price – exclusive and none-exclusive, - thereby, it is in state of waiting. If there is the order to purchase with exclusive rights this video disappears from the shop window automatically. With conditions of the usual rights (multiply spread) video files lose their status “double price” and gets a status none-exclusive production forever.

In the PRIVACY POLICY section it becomes clear a continuity of policy, allotment or deprivation full or partial rights for video.

September 7, 2009 is approved a news percent ratio between the exclusive and none-exclusive prices for video production. It is 10% from exclusive price. That means the material with price 100 USD in exclusive value for one sale gets 10 USD for each next sale. That because our clients always may define the most profitable sale method.

Video material type

For designation of the video type we use a special symbol on which it registered the type by two first letters. In this moment we take three types of video production which signed by these symbols:

• EP – Episodes. The footage video as separate fragments (episodes) with duration no less than 5 seconds (see UPLOAD section). A number of episodes may consist no less than 5 items in one theme subject.

• CL – Clip. Cut video or clip. There are all video materials in this directory which has been selected by (cameraman, editor). Despite of high value of those materials you may have a lot of problems to sell them. The using audio stream in clips is allowed only if the musical track doesn’t break the author’s rights. On the shop window of the BANK section you can preview audio stream with video in presentation mode (as default all video streams are without sound).

• VC – Video composition. All author’s video which has been made with power video editing and 3D programs, for example in those as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya and more. Early, our service didn’t accept this kind of video files, but now you can also upload the video graphic footages on our service.
